Potential risks include but are not limited to:
- bodily injury;
- permanent disability;
- death;
- robbery;
- assault;
- unstable individuals;
- violent crime scenes;
- riots;
- protests;
- fires;
- hazardous materials;
- vehicle crashes;
- smoke exposure;
- severe weather;
- falling debris;
- emotional distress;
- legal consequences;
- reputational harm;
- financial loss.
You further acknowledge that:
EMERGENCY SCENES ARE DYNAMIC, DANGEROUS, AND INHERENTLY UNPREDICTABLE.

This release includes claims arising from:
ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE
to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
This release does NOT apply to claims arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct,
fraud, or intentional acts,
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

attendance at emergency scenes, drone operation, travel to high-risk environments, and
breaking news gathering — involve risks that are inherent to those activities and cannot
be eliminated regardless of the care taken.
Your voluntary participation constitutes:
PRIMARY ASSUMPTION OF ALL INHERENT RISKS
associated with those activities, including but not limited to the risks identified in
Section 3 of this Disclaimer.
You acknowledge that you have made an informed, independent decision to engage in
these activities and that no representation by RMG News Academy has induced or
influenced that decision.
10. USER RESPONSIBILITY
You acknowledge that:

- defamation claims;

- unsafe conduct;
- unlawful conduct;
- responder interference;
- travel decisions;
- violation of law;
- misuse of information obtained through the Services.
This obligation survives termination.
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

- trespassing claims;
- property damage;

- licensing losses;
- monetization failures;
- lost profits;
- lost revenue;
- reputational harm;
- business interruption;
- indirect damages;
- incidental damages;
- consequential damages;
- punitive damages.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY
shall not exceed:

You remain solely responsible for complying with laws applicable to your:
LOCATION AND ACTIVITIES.
Nothing in this Disclaimer limits:
NON-WAIVABLE LEGAL RIGHTS
where required by applicable law.
15. GOVERNING LAW
This Disclaimer shall be governed exclusively by:

17. SEVERABILITY

In the event of a direct conflict between this Disclaimer and the:
TERMS OF SERVICE & USER AGREEMENT
the Terms of Service shall control,
except where expressly stated otherwise or where prohibited by applicable law.
